Everything is built in your accounts and handed off to you at close.
Most builds are complete within 30–45 days from kickoff. Lean Launch engagements typically wrap in 3–4 weeks. Growth Engine and Enterprise builds run 4–6 weeks, followed by a dedicated support period of 30–90 days depending on your tier, during which we optimize, iterate, and help your team run the system.
No. Many of our clients are founders or early-stage teams with no dedicated SDRs. We design the system to be operated by whoever is responsible for pipeline — whether that's you, a junior hire, or an AE. If you have an existing sales team, we integrate directly with your current CRM and workflows.
Our core stack includes Apollo.io for outbound prospecting and sequencing, Clay for lead enrichment and AI-driven personalization, and HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM integration. For sending infrastructure, we work with Instantly or Smartlead. We adapt to the tools you're already using wherever possible, and will recommend the right stack based on your stage and goals.
It's a scoped, one-time engagement — not a retainer. You pay a single project fee and receive a fully built, fully documented revenue system. There are no ongoing fees from us. Each tier includes a post-build support window (30, 60, or 90 days) for optimization and enablement. After that, you own and operate everything independently.
We do a full handoff — documented playbook, recorded walkthroughs, and a live training session with your team. During the support window, we stay engaged to help optimize sequences, troubleshoot deliverability, and refine targeting. Once the support period ends, you run the system. If you want to bring us back for a second build or expansion, we offer scoped follow-on engagements.
